Bakewell is idyllically situated on the banks of the river Wye, the biggest town in the Peak District National Park’s mellow stone buildings, medieval five-arched stone bridge and quaint courtyards. Bakewell is also extremely popular with visitors and offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a frequent local markets and is probably best known for its unique and delicious Pudding.
End Cottage is a stone built cottage situated close to the centre of Bakewell, with off-street private parking for one car. Centrally located in a beautiful part of the Peak District National Park, this is an ideal location for exploring on foot with lovely walks from the doorstep, or riding a bike through the many quiet lanes and footpaths of the area. Spread over four floors, the cottage is full of character and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in addition to the main sitting room a family games room in the basement. Pets are welcome – please note that this cottage does not have any outdoor space – but there are numerous short and long walks available from the door.
